Total shipping costs

Hi, I would like the cart to only charge for the shipping price of the highest priced product. Currently it adds up all the shipping prices of the products and that is not correct. In the attached screenshot, it adds up to €24 shipping (€11 and €13 for each product) when it should only charge €13 which is the highest shipping amount. Thank you!
