Update billing cycle for Synchonized Subscriptions

Allow for a downgrade or upgrade in a switched subscription to immediately take on the next billing cycle of that product.

For instance, if on a monthly billing cycle, on the 1st, allow for the upgrade to a weekly billing cycle (Every Monday) change the next billable date to the selected product, immediately.
