WooCommerce Distance Rate Shipping

I would like to request more information about the required Google Maps integration, specifically to understand whether programming skills are needed, or if it’s manageable with advanced user-level knowledge and some basic HTML.

More specifically, I’d like to know:

Does the system allow for a graduated rate based on distance, or can I define distance brackets with fixed rates? For example:

0–10 km = $10

11–50 km = $25

and so on.

Additionally, I would like to know if the system supports the following features:

The possibility to quote deliveries beyond a certain distance separately, for example as a manual quote request with payment suspended until confirmed.

Integration with existing shipping methods, such as local pickup.
