Our current workflow logic triggers an email to a customer when taxonomy/order criteria are met.
We add a rule for the workflow to only send once to each customer meeting the criteria. We would like for the workflow to reset after 90 days of the initial trigger date for each customer who received an email from the initial trigger.
We don’t seem to have the ability to reset our workflow as there are no date options in the variable selection.
Is this something that can be added to the list of variables, or have a reset option?
