EU VAT Number

Ajax validation of the VAT number prior to placing the order. At the moment the VAT number is only validated by submitting the form but not all non-B2B customers have VAT numbers so you turning it on would exclude all those without VAT numbers. It would be nice for customers to know that the VAT number is validated prior to placing the order whilst still allowing the field to be optional.
