Yes, It would be great if Vendors could have Ticket tab like Shop Admin (Ticket: All Tickets, Create and Tools) in their left side menu. Maybe without the Create page.
Like that they can see all the tickets sold, the one Pending payment, pus ticket holders information.
And at the day of the event, they can see who have checked in or not…
They can send, anytime, an email to all the ticket holders directly from the dashboard, don’t have to wait for shop admin to receive the list of all ticket holders…
This feature is so IMPORTANT and USEFUL for vendors that I don’t understand WHY it is not included.
Please, let insist about to include this feature. Really!
