When creating a manual booking, there is no method to add a name for the guest

My client has raised they want to use manual bookings for displaying availability correctly, yet they are unable to see who has booked what for when using “Guest” customer.

I’ve written a patch which implements this functionality https://gitlab.com/-/snippets/2070305

The only caveat being the Javascript is tacked in badly as the plugin only ships with minifed JS
