Let me pause a subscription that failed.
I can’t.
And so if a customer’s payment fails and they’re broke, I either keep trying to take money when they’ve asked me not to, or we have to cancel and remember to get them ti re-subscribe entirely, manually – which makes it look like we don’t have a functional subscription system and is unprofessional on our part. We can’t affect it. And it’s a common issue.
