Woocommerce Composite Products “hide all except” modifier for “Hide Component” Scenario setting

Add a “hide all except” modifier to the “Hide Component” setting within Scenarios.

This would then match the capabilities of the “Hide Component Options” setting and make managing certain scenarios much easier.

For example after adding a new component you would no longer need to update existing scenarios to remove new the component.
