Atm when a customer uses apple-pay, google-pay, paypal, the custom checkout fields are not shown. It would be nice to be able to have them show up in any case / regardless of the form of payment.

Allow me to set when checkout field is displayed by ITEM. Selling a service that requires a LOCATION field in checkout is different than if I sell a service that requires a DATE field. I don’t want to require both on every item I sell.
