  Include Spanish Localization

  There doesn’t appear to be a project for this on WordPress.org: https://translate.wordpress.com/projects/woocommerce/ Installing Deposits on a fresh site with a default language set to Español doesn’t translate many of the strings in Deposits. Including a Spanish localization option by default would be great to have.
