  Let the PayPal Smart Button appear in the bottom of the Checkout shortcode wherever that appears, regardless of whatever else is on the page

  I’ve experienced quite a bit of weirdness with the PayPal Smart Buttons not appearing in places or circumstances you would expect them to.
