Allow to hook reminder’s `should_send_notification`
Since we don’t want to remind people about monthly subscriptions, but only yearly ones, I’d love it if you could add a hook in the `should_send_notification` function. That way, we can apply our internal logic and make sure people get the right notifications. Note that the hook should have a reference to the $subscription object.
