  Setting Flat-rate sign-up fee for multiple quantity subscription checkout

  I am using your plugin and I have assigned $20 as a sign-up fee, and when a user adds 3 items of that same subscription product to the cart, it charges $60 just for sign-up, I want to charge just a flat rate for each checkout process and it is $20.
