Custom Homepage
The homepage consists of a featured post slider, recent and specific entries, and footer widgets. This along with an option to overwrite the entire default homepage modules and re-arrange the modules as each has a widget option.
Featured Post Slider
The featured post slider highlights noteworthy posts on your site. The slider posts can contain columns of content, photos and videos.

Recent News Module
This homepage module loads the latest blog posts and you have the option to exclude the posts featured in the slider. Set the amount of posts to display and how many you want to highlight in an expanded layout.

Custom Post Layouts
With Flipflop you can create unique layouts for each of your blog posts. With the custom settings panel you can specify 1 to 3 columns for the post content and add images and videos in the columns. This really gives your site a newspaper/magazine feel to it.

Ultra-readable Typography
FlipFlop prides itself on it’s ultra-readable typography. You can customize all the typography in this theme, and there is full support for Google Fonts in the font selector.

Custom Widgets
The theme has up to 4 widgetized areas in the footer and 1 in the sidebar, as well as the optional homepage widgetized page. As always this themes comes with custom Woo Widgets (WooComponent Widget for homepage modules, Adspace Widget, Embed/Video, Flickr, Tabs, Subscribe/Connect, Search, Twitter Stream, Blog Author Info).

Alternative Styles
The theme includes 7 alternative color styles which you can preview in the demo, but you can also customize the background color/image and modify your link and button colors in the options panel so you have full control of how the theme looks.
