WooCommerce Product Vendors 2.6.0 replaces the single “Admin Notes” field on vendor profiles with a full notes timeline for both vendors and their products, so you can keep a running, dated record of issues, policy violations, and decisions instead of one field you overwrite.
Every vendor and every product now has its own timeline. Store admins can add, edit, and delete timestamped notes, so the history of a vendor relationship stays in one place and you can see when each note was added. Any notes you already have migrate automatically when you update, so nothing is lost.
A new red-flag note type marks vendor or product policy violations. Red flags are highlighted next to the note counts, so a vendor or product with an open issue stands out at a glance instead of being buried in the timeline.
Product-level notes are easy to find without cluttering the vendor timeline. A rollup of a vendor’s product notes shows on the vendor edit screen, and note counts for both vendors and products appear in the Vendors list table, so you can spot which vendors and products have notes before opening them.
How to get it
Update to WooCommerce Product Vendors 2.6.0 from your WooCommerce dashboard — Plugins > Installed Plugins, or WooCommerce > Extensions. Existing admin notes migrate automatically once you’re on the latest version, and the new timeline appears on the vendor and product edit screens. This release also removes support for the WooCommerce beta product editor ahead of its removal in WooCommerce 11.0; if you use that beta editor, edit Product Vendors products with the standard product editor.
