It was at the House of Les Compagnons du Devoir – the premier guild for pastry chefs in France – that he worked alongside the best journeyman pastry chefs in Europe, becoming the first American to be awarded the honor of German Master Pastry Chef and Chocolatier in Cologne, Germany.
Counted amongst the world’s top chocolate makers, Christopher has learned his trade from the masters and honed his skills in the finest chocolate houses of Belgium, Switzerland, France, Germany, and Japan.
