L’affinage du Fromage is an online artisan cheesemonger offering a range of hand-cut cheese in the United Kingdom.
Believing that life is too short for ordinary cheese, Louise and Leo have selected what they feel are some of the best cheese collections and gift boxes available for their customers.
Louise’s formative years were spent on her family’s Gloucestershire dairy farm, sleeping in a room that had once housed the cheeses made by her great, great grandparents. Meanwhile, further south in Devon, Leo’s early life saw him surrounded by huge cheddars in his parents’ restaurant, deli, and cheese stall.
These two cheese lovers decided to team up and follow their passion for “fromage” – the French word for cheese – searching far and wide for varieties of “spanking good cheese” to share with the world.
