WooCommerce Bookings location management for on-site bookings

I’ll be using Bookings to take requests for event catering (I’ve probably mentioned this in previous comments). I need to know where these events are going to take place.

The way we’re setting this up for now is to relabel the shipping address at checkout/request time. This should work ok (especially since I’m in a state with different per-county sales tax levels and I need to be able to charge tax based on the location of the actual sale), but it’d be cool if Bookings actually “knew the difference”, i.e. kept track of whether a Booking had a user-specified address. Especially because I’d want this location to appear on the backend Booking Calendar and the synced Google Calendar.
