The checkboxes for Restrict start days do not honor the WordPress *week starts on* setting. This one’s straight html if I recall correctly, so not sure if we’re able to work on this easily, setting as Enhancement.

How to see the challenge:
1. Settings > General , set your week to start on any day but Sunday.
1. Go into Bookable product.
1. Go to Availability tab and check Restrict start day.
1. Day will always start on Sunday.
