Payment Plan administrative fee
Need the ability to add an extra amount to either the first or last payment in a payment plan to charge an administrative fee for the payment plan, See comments on issue #218

This would be very positive for an already great plugin.
Agree. I currently add an extra % to the first payment but it would be great to add a dollar amount.
