Being able to buy time slots in real time, one at a time, is ok for some. My client, however, needs to be able to sell class packages which the user would then be able to book on her calendar.
A good example is the Mind Body application for Workout Instructors. People, when logged in, buy packages and then their account is credited with that many classes. They in turn go and sign up for classes, and their account is updated to reflect the remaining amount of classes they can book.
I feel this is a wonderful way for the Bookings plugin to evolve. Allow users to purchase packages of time to be booked at will, rather than purchasing stuff one at a time.
