Per Product Shipping for WooCommerce
Define separate shipping costs per product which are combined at checkout to provide a total shipping cost.
Add the ability to do a ZIP code range in per product shipping

Yeah this shouldn’t be a feature request. It should be expected and built in already. It is a design oversight this is shameful tbh. Default woo shipping allows for ranges but this plugin doesn’t why exactly? This sort of thing is why I have very little respect for Woocommerce plugins.
