WooCommerce Bookings

I would like to see an exception rule. If you make bookings only available 2 weeks in advance which might be the case for a business that needs “x” bookings to be able to run a course, open a facility etc. You cannot allow bookings e.g. tomorrow to fill your course that is 90% full. An exception rule allowing days that are e.g. over 50% booked to continue to be booked until the day itself would benefit the website massively.
