At the moment when you set the duration of a booking e.g. 1hr, the next booking is not available until 1hr later e.g. 10am, 11am etc. It would be great if the durations could overlap. e.g. start at 10am, 10.30am, 11am, but each booking being 1hr long. Combining this with resources would mean that customers could overlap, but the overall capacity wouldn’t be breached.

This is exactly what a travel agency needs for certain activities, like a zipline operator. They can have different groups at different intervals on the same parcours. Let’s say the duration is 3 hours. First group leaves at 8 am (until 11 am), second group leaves at 10 am (until 1 pm). At the moment, this is not possible. The system creates intervals of 3 hours, so the 10 am start time is not accepted. There are more real-life scenarios out there that need these types of availability rules.
