How to auto convert amount by currency when create order by WooC rest API?

Hi team,

I have a problem when create the Order with Wooc rest API.
The system has 2 languages: SG and PH.
The product had set price by SG is S$8.98
I want to create a order by WooC rest API with currency is PHP and the order must auto convert to currency PHP is ₱360

It is possible to auto convert?
