Enhance the edit quote page

In the admin area, when you are editing a quote, you have to set prices for each product in quote.

It will be great to set the offered price as the normal price just by clicking on the normal price.

Also, it will be great to set a global reduction for the whole quote with a percentage (at the bottom of the quote for instance). The reduction will apply for each products.
