HI! We are finding that if the customer chooses to have a gift box but does not complete the message field the gift wrap option is not visible in the customer invoice which makes it difficult for our packers to know if a gift box has been ordered.
When the message field has been completed at least we do know that a gift box has been ordered and see that in the customer record.
Could it not appear as a separate item on the invoice?
