Square for WooCommerce

After the late August update I had a file added to my media folder and a page published corresponding to it and I cant delete either of them.

When I google the file name i see scores of sites with the same page and media item. This looks like either clumsy work on the plugin side or a security threat.

Someone who actively develops this is using our sites as a workaround for some bad dev practice or there is a widespread security issue and we need to know which it is.

I have an open ticket with Automatic on the subject but they cant answer this question either.
