Configure “minimum 2 nights” on the summer period

Hello,
I need to configure this on my plugin :
Obligate the client to book 2 nights (friday and saturday) only in July and August. The rest of the year, the client can book only 1 night whatever he wants.

How it is possible to do that ? Is there possible to custom the code ?
