Automatic User Roles Switcher for WooCommerce

Please have a button or way to ‘run’ or ‘process’ a rule for the entire user database. As of right now, it seems if you create a rule with the qualifier ‘customer lifetime spend’ it still only processes when a new order is placed. In this particular instance, it makes sense to have the ability to ‘run’ that rule for all users to add the appropriate user role.
