Allow booking blocks to start at various time intervals / not 1hr intervals

We’re trying to configure bookable products in 1hr time block, however, we’d like to be able to allow the customer to book on the half hour as well.

Currently the system seems to only allow for booking on the hour (9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am…). It would be preferable to have more flexibility with the start times.

For example, the 1hr time blocks could be from 9:30am – 10:30am; or 11:00am – 12:00pm; or 2:30pm – 4:30pm, etc.

Is something like this possible?
