If by “AOV” you mean the customer’s Account Funds balance, Account Funds 4.0.3 and later include it in the WooCommerce Customers REST API under store_credit.balances.
In Make, try the WooCommerce “Get a Customer” module and look for that field. If Make does not display custom customer fields, use its WooCommerce “Make an API Call” module to retrieve the customer response directly. If you meant average order value, please let us know so we can investigate that separately.
