MOQ for single product across all variations.

I need a possible minimum order quantity across all variations of a product. For example, I need customers to be able to purchase however many different sizes they want as long as the purchase a minimum of 24 total. I will need to request a refund as the plugin does not have the basic functionality needed for my business model.
