This is Takashi.
We would like to check how woo commerce Cashback plug-in would work with some setting.
Firstly, I explained what we want.
We set 1% cashback of cart total to all customer after their order status change to “completed” as default.
And we always change their order status when the delivery processed because some customer cancel order before delivery.
So that, we don’t want to give customer credit when customer purchased from us which is status “processed”.
On top of this, we sometimes want to do cashback increment promotion with limit period like 2 weeks.
Cashback amount increase from 1% to 5% only this period.
Term and condition should be applied for the customer who purchased during promotion.
However, we realized that customer who purchased during not promo period can get promotional rate cashback if we changed their status to “completed” during promotion.
This is not what we want.
To conclude, we would like to know how to set up in this case.
