Manage bookings in bulk with CSV import and export, get reminder emails and auto-completions firing at the right local time, and set your own customer “Bookings” page slug.
You can now download every booking as a CSV file and create or update bookings in bulk by uploading one — no more clicking through bookings one at a time. Export when you need to report, audit, or move your data; import when you’d rather make your edits in a spreadsheet. The importer recognizes plain-language column labels and detects them automatically on upload, so there’s no rigid format to match by hand.
Reminders and auto-completions now fire at the right local time. If your store runs in any timezone other than UTC, booking reminder emails and automatic completions used to fire at the wrong time. They now follow your store’s timezone correctly, with no setup on your part — the old timezone calculation setting has been removed because there’s nothing left to toggle.
Use your own wording for the customer “Bookings” page. You can now set the slug for the Bookings page in your customers’ account area, so the “View my bookings” link in their emails and the page address match your store’s language and branding instead of a fixed default.
This release also includes a number of smaller fixes that make day-to-day management more reliable: the admin booking list shows the correct customer email after a booking is reassigned, the “Move to trash” link no longer appears for users who can’t delete bookings, the date and time inputs on the edit screen display correctly in WordPress 7.0, restricting selectable days without choosing any no longer causes an error, and the admin calendar no longer shows a leftover note on bookings that have none. Availability lookups are also faster, and the extension is tested up to WooCommerce 10.9.
How to get it
Update to WooCommerce Bookings 3.6.0 in your WooCommerce dashboard, then head to your bookings list to export or import a CSV. The timezone fix and the other improvements apply automatically once you’re on the latest version. To set your own Bookings page slug, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page Setup > Account endpoints.
