We have the below options to filter workflow triggers for customer-scoped rules:

Customer – Country
Customer – State
Customer – State – Text Match
Customer – Shipping State
Customer – Shipping State – Text Match
Customer – Postcode
Customer – City
Customer – Phone
Customer – Company

Yet, for order-scoped rule filters we only have “Customer – Shipping State” and “Customer – Shipping State – Text Match” and for subscription-scoped rule filters we have none of those.

It would be immensely helpful to align the order- and subscription-scoped rule filters to the ones that are already available for customer-scoped rules as well, especially because the only workaround currently would be to target protected/internal WooCommerce order meta keys instead.
