Color Duels is a practical online, workshop for colorists looking to improve their color correction skills in a fun, innovative, practical way.
Developing post-production skills shouldn’t be complicated or boring; ColorDuels’ goal is to define, promulgate and develop a color culture, learning by working on real images. The project was originally presented in Italian in 2011, replicated worldwide in English since 2013.
The Workshop is a learning experience based on remote practice, where you will be able to work on real images shared by pros on a weekly basis. Improve them and see your result compared against the work of other colorists from all over the world, in an HD wrap-up video. This is a huge boost to your education, providing a great amount of guidance and inspiration.
“By standardizing and continuously confronting colorists on our discipline, we collectively improve our skills. By working on real images we extend our culture and sense of aesthetics,” says Daniele Di Stanio, a color correction teacher based in Rome.
