What if I’m not in the US?

We’re working on adding more providers and services so that more stores can get the benefits of WooCommerce Shipping. In the meantime, solutions like ShipStation and Shippo offer label printing for carriers outside of the US.

Once Woo sells you this, you are on your own. The customer service is non-existent. They talk you up real good and then say, "We'll get back to you soon." A day later, nothing. Three days later, nothing. I've even pinged them twice. So, the customer ends up paying for something that doesn't work as advertised and has no support.

  Hi there, WooCommerce Shipping does not support live shipping rates. It does support discounted shipping label purchases. If you are looking for live rates at checkout functionality for USPS then please have a look at the USPS Shipping Rates extension. I am also curious about what is not working for you? Are you not able to purchase labels? If so could you please contact support for assistance by logging in here and going to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/contact-support/ Hope this clears things up for you.
