Hello Tinmy,
Thank you for your feature request regarding the Product Categories List block used on the homepage of the Libreria theme demo. Since Libreria is a WordPress theme, we do not have control over the options of the WooCommerce blocks.
If you want to change the number of product categories displayed, this feature should be provided by WooCommerce itself. You can submit your request directly to WooCommerce through their Feature Request page at https://woocommerce.com/feature-requests/woocommerce/.
Note: We’ll see if we can do something to achieve it via our theme as well.
