Currently, WooCommerce COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) is defined at the product/variation level and is static across all orders. This does not work for back-to-back purchasing or made-to-order scenarios where:
· The exact purchase cost is unknown at the time of customer order
· Only an estimated cost is available initially
· The final actual cost is determined later (after supplier confirmation, currency settlement, or production completion)

Yes! We need to be able to edit the cost price of line items on individual orders. We can’t move from other third party solutions such as the Sky Verge COGS plugin until the native Woo solution adds this
