Please can you add further options to the Selling Locations setting, and Selling Locations settings (list of countries and regions).
Why am I asking for this? Simply because, currently there are no regions in that list; e.g. EU (European Union), USA, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Oceania, South America, Central America, etc. and the EU needs to be added (as a region) as does Northern Ireland (as a special area) for us to be able to filter them out to be compliant with the new EU GPRS legislation that comes into affect on the 13th of December 2024.
This new legislation affects ALL companies, organisations and individuals that are NOT in the EU, but currently sell to customers in the EU Member States/Countries (and Northern Ireland because of the Windsor Agreement). To be compliant they need to either stop selling to EU customers, or have a Responsible Person (legal contact in the EU or Northern Ireland).
Failure to offer this level of Selling Locations filtering to those that can’t afford or find a Responsible Person to use as a legal contact in the EU or Northern Ireland will leave huge numbers of Woocommerce users across the world (outside of the EU) liable to prosecution and fines (suggested to be up to 4% of annual turnover).

I am surprised to see this isn’t being asked for by everyone and prioritised.
From 13th December, you cannot sell into EU States including Northern Ireland if you don’t comply with the new GPSR.
Currently the UK setting includes Northern Ireland.
If Northern Ireland remains as part of United Kingdom, on Woo from 13th December, then any online shop owners who do not have the documentation ready and an EU rep, will need to switch off selling to the whole of UK from 13th December to comply… even those who live in England, Scotland or Wales.
This impacts ALL shops who are not based inside the EU.
