Add “Shipped” order status as a default status in WooCommerce core

Currently, WooCommerce core order statuses jump directly from “Processing” to “Completed”. However, for physical product sellers, there is a critical missing step: “Shipped” or “In Transit”.

Right now, moving an order directly from processing to completed implies that the customer has already received the package, which creates confusion. Adding “Shipped” as a default core order status would eliminate the need for third-party plugins just to handle basic shipping workflows and improve the out-of-the-box user experience for millions of e-commerce stores.
