Add Split-pay to Woocommerce Payment System

Need to add support for Split-Payments as used on eBay like sites where admin gets a percentage of the sale. Right now, only stripe has this feature. This is a crucial payment method for auction and multivendor sites.

    I am need this type of. I want 5% commission (Account 1) of each product and rest amount should transfer to another (Account 2).
