It would be very handy if the “Notify me”request was handled via AJAX and not with POST, so users won’t get a page refresh

Missed very much this option. This option shoud added in a modern plugin!
This is really what is needed! I installed the plugin, but without the ability to subscribe ajax without reloading the page, it looks very outdated. I will look for another plugin
