Allow HTML in email notification content

Hi guys,

Currently all HTML is stripped from the custom email content fields.

I need to include a link to send the user off to print a label from a pre-paid service but currently cannot.

This is a really important feature and I wasn’t sure why HTML was being stripped in the first place?

It would be really helpful to get this into the plugin!
