For a Resource, allow a scheduled change to the Resource Quantity.

At the moment, a Resource can only be fully available or not available, by setting a date range.

It would be great to change the quantity available for a date range so that, for example, a single Resource item can be made unavailable while it is maintained.

Example -> From 1 Feb to 6 Feb , change my quantity from 12 to 11
