Allow tiered discount but TIE to SINGLE coupon

Currently, this plugin allows for ‘discount’ to be applied based on min/max value of cart.
discount10 = 10% off ($100-$199.99 value)
discount20 = 20% off ($200-$499.99 value)
discount30 = 30% off (> $500)

However, there is no way to ‘assign it’ to One or more specific coupons.
