While the approvals process for bookings is a great feature, putting the onus on a customer to then follow through with payment, once the booking is approved, is risky. Not only does it require the customer to undertake a second ‘check out’ stage in their order, it also provides the customer the opportunity to not follow through with payment. It also blocks out availability calendars while waiting for payment, meaning the customer could never pay, and the vendor could miss the opportunity for another customer to book, who would have paid, because the calendar is showing as booked.
It would be ideal if the customer could provide their credit card details at the time of placing the booking, and then these would be automatically charged when the order was approved. This way the customer does not get charged until the booking is accepted, but the onus does not fall on them to then go in and pay for the booking, when it is.

I agree with this. I am still trying to figure out how to add multiple session times to my product page under 1 listing.
