New Variable – output product purchase notes
Add a variable that would output the product’s purchase notes that are part of the order (purchase notes found in product settings).

Keep in mind that this is not supported (custom code) and only works for one product per order at this time.
I agree and add that these are the purchase notes for "subscription" products.
In the "advanced" tab of subscriptions
